Social Care Wales brings Approved Mental Health Professionals from across Wales together for a day of shared learning, policy updates and peer discussion at Venue Cymru. Expect sessions on current practice challenges, legislative developments and the realities of AMHP work on the ground, alongside opportunities to network with colleagues from other local authorities and health boards. It suits practising AMHPs, trainees and those managing or supporting mental health social work teams who want a clearer picture of where the profession stands in Wales. Attendance is free. Bilingual sessions may be included, reflecting the conference's Welsh-wide remit.
